Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP):
Platelet Rich Plasma is a relatively innovative form of treatment that can help repair your joints and tissues. After drawing your whole blood, it is centrifuged to isolate the growth factors. Then the growth factors from your blood are injected in your body areas that need to be repaired. Electromyography/ Nerve Conduction Studies:
At the Center for Medical Excellence, electromyography and nerve conduction studies are utilized to identify the neuropathic and/or myopathic causes of pain by identifying, measuring, and calculating the electrical activity in nerves and muscles. The Information gained during these studies helps to detect the existence, location, and extent of nerve and muscle disorders so that an appropriate treatment plan can be prescribed.
