About Us
Center for Medical Excellence provides the most advance treatments in many areas of Chronic Pain and Physical Rehabilitation, focusing mostly in Interventional Pain, Prolotherapy, and Orthobiologic Medicine. As a certified Life Care Planner, Dr. Huang provides a comprehensive assessment of patients’ injuries, determine the medical requirements, and calculates the related costs over a period of time. With over 23 years of clinical experience, he is also prepared to give expert testimonies for you and your clients. Dr. Huang is a physiatrist who is double board certified in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine by three major certifying medical boards. At the Orlando VA Medical Center, Dr. Huang is the chief of the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Chronic Pain dept, providing administrative leadership to central Florida at 4 VA facilities and clinical expertise in General Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal Medicine, Ultrasound guided interventional procedures, Chronic Pain Management, Intervention Pain, Traumatic Brain Injury, Amputee/Prosthetics, Functional Mobility, and Electromyography.

Dr. Charles S. Huang
At the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Charles S. Huang studied Biomechanical engineering, focusing in human biomechanics. He specialized in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Case Western Reserve University/ MetroHealth Medical Center where he focused on helping people with traumatic and debilitating injuries which he found are frequently afflicted with many painful complications and conditions. In 2002, he founded Pain and Rehabilitation Physicians of Palm Beach, Inc. to help patients with chronic painful and debilitating conditions in his hometown. In 2014, he founded Center for Medical Excellence to expand into medical aesthetics, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), and stem cell treatments. As board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with sub-specialty board certification in Pain Medicine, Dr. Huang has an unrelenting passion for improving the general wellness of his patients as well as helping them look their very best.
